Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Miko Sajuric!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Alden Williams!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sajuric fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Williams looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Williams stuffs the takedown.
Williams looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Williams gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Sajuric postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Sajuric has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Sajuric throws an elbow that misses. Williams uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Sajuric's guard. Nice move by Williams!

Sajuric wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Sajuric seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Sajuric really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Williams engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Williams wants to control from the top but Sajuric keeps moving.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Sajuric changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Williams tries to avoid it but Sajuric manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Williams to the ground. Williams escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Miko Sajuric. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Williams counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Sajuric is breathing heavily.
Williams stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Williams wants it to stay on the feet.
Williams dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Sajuric is rocked!
A jab from Williams does it's job there.
Oh Sajuric is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sajuric walks straight into a right hand from Williams - that's dropped him! Williams jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Sajuric from any more punishment! Sajuric complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Alden Williams!
An out of breath Alden Williams thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
