Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Flavio De Rossi (ranked 2521 p4p, 24255 weight class) and Roy Lansky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Flavio De Rossi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Roy Lansky! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! De Rossi dives in for a single leg takedown but Lansky sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. A quick uppercut on the inside from De Rossi. De Rossi misses with a hook from the clinch. De Rossi decides to pull guard. De Rossi is pulling down on Lansky's head to control his posture. De Rossi manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lansky manages to get himself to full guard.
Lansky can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as De Rossi controls the pace. De Rossi passes easily into side control. Nice work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. De Rossi thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. De Rossi just content to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lansky is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. De Rossi controls the position. De Rossi's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. De Rossi is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Lansky looks calm but he's in trouble here. De Rossi gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Lansky is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! De Rossi lets go of the hold and Lansky can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Flavio De Rossi! Our winner, Flavio De Rossi, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
