Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Braeden Mccoy (ranked 5538 p4p, 5390 weight class) and Dimitar Kolev (ranked 507 p4p, 499 weight class). Braeden Mccoy has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Braeden Mccoy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dimitar Kolev! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Ackerman and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mccoy instigates a clinch. Kolev throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Kolev jumps guard but Mccoy turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Nice elbow from Mccoy.
It looks like Dimitar Kolev has been cut. Mccoy pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Mccoy tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Kolev smiles and moves away.
Mccoy tries to bum rush Kolev with a series of wild strikes but Kolev uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Kolev should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Kolev darts in and clinches Mccoy up against the cage. Kolev manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Mccoy trying to control but Kolev is working from the bottom. Kolev wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mccoy stands up and waves to Kolev to follow him. Kolev misses with a head kick.

Kolev shoots for a takedown but Mccoy saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Mccoy tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Kolev manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Mccoy tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kolev swats him away and circles back towards the center. Mccoy has Kolev up against the cage in a clinch.
Kolev is trying to pull guard but Mccoy turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Braeden Mccoy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. Mccoy putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Kolev in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Kolev looks winded! Kolev wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Mccoy tries to land a knee to the head but Kolev blocks with his arms.
Mccoy lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Kolev. Mccoy pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Mccoy definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Mccoy drives through with a takedown into Kolev's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. This has been an exciting period of action! Mccoy throws a big elbow that misses. Mccoy throwing strikes but missing. Mccoy sitting in guard, not really doing much. Mccoy wants to get up but he can't break Kolev's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mccoy wants to control from the top but Kolev keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mccoy decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Mccoy has Kolev up against the cage in a clinch.
Mccoy misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Kolev.
Mccoy tries to pull guard but Kolev won't allow it.
A nice right hand lands inside from Mccoy. Kolev is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Mccoy gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Mccoy escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The fight stays on the outside here - Mccoy looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Mccoy moves into the clinch. Mccoy throws an elbow but it misses.

Kolev throws a looping overhand right but Mccoy ducks down to avoid it. Kolev fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Mccoy, pushing him back against the cage. Mccoy pulls guard. Kolev trying to control but Mccoy is working from the bottom.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Mccoy is working an open guard so Kolev takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Mccoy tries to clinch up but Kolev circles away and keeps his distance. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Braeden Mccoy dominated that round. The cut man is working on Dimitar Kolev's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Mccoy tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kolev paws at him with a jab and circles away. Mccoy gets in close and instigates a clinch. Mccoy lands a right hand that snaps the head of Kolev backwards. Mccoy lands with a left to the head. Mccoy has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Kolev uses from the top position. Kolev throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Kolev is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Mccoy is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Mccoy has escaped and now he's on top! Mccoy trying to control the position from guard on top but Kolev is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mccoy trying to stand up but can't free himself from Kolev's guard. Mccoy has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Oooooh!!! Mccoy has knocked Kolev down with a huge combo! Mccoy steps away and waves a wobbly Kolev back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Kolev is rocked! Kolev is breathing heavily. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mccoy clinches. Kolev is still on wobbly legs! Can Mccoy finish him? Mccoy unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Kolev! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Mccoy is unloading with more strikes now! Kolev drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
