The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Soul.
Soul went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Soul is breathing heavily.
Soul takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Durden bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Soul's head.
Soul moves out of range of the strikes.
Durden ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Durden misses with a series of wild punches.
Soul slips under a jab.

Durden moves into the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Durden lands a hook to the side of the head.
Durden lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
A left hand lands to the body for Durden.
Durden lands a shoulder strike.

Soul's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Durden gets through Soul's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Durden lands a left hand that snaps the head of Soul backwards.
Soul takes a shot to the head.
Durden lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Durden can't find room to land a body shot as Soul controls the action.
A short body shot lands from Durden as the two fighters clinch.
A nice right hand lands inside from Durden.
Durden lands a nice uppercut.

Soul is rocked!
Durden lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Oh Soul is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nice body punch from Durden.
A short uppercut from Durden.
A nice right hand lands inside from Durden.
Durden cracks Soul with a nice body shot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Durden unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Soul! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Durden is unloading with more strikes now! Soul drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
