Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Biff Barbie (ranked 1240 p4p, 2017 weight class) and Tom Durant (ranked 152 p4p, 246 weight class). Biff Barbie had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Donald Grub and Sam Margolis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Durant on the wrong end of a nice jab.

It looks like Tom Durant has been cut.
Barbie lands a head kick. Durant smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Barbie bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

It looks like Biff Barbie has been cut.
Durant scores with a hook to the body. Barbie takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Barbie dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Barbie throws a head kick but Durant moves out of range.

Durant throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Barbie.

Barbie tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Durant paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Barbie feints and then cracks Durant's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Durant down.

The fighters circling - Durant throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Tom Durant seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Barbie turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Durant crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Barbie - the referee stops the clock and Durant gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Barbie. Durant manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Barbie throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Durant scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Durant finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Durant lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Barbie has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Barbie and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Barbie throws a leg kick which misses Durant's front leg but catches the back leg as Durant tries to avoid it.

We've been told by Barbie's head coaches at The Hidden that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Barbie bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Durant takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Barbie takes a swing at Durant's ribcage but misses.
Barbie's corner calls for a 1-2. Barbie obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

That has opened up Tom Durant's cut even more.

Durant is looking to break free of the clinch but Barbie has double underhooks.
The referee is keeping an eye on Barbie - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Barbie breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Barbie uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Durant.
Barbie lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Barbie tried to counter with a leg kick but Durant avoided it.
Barbie throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Tom Durant's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Biff Barbie spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
