Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lane Prilla (ranked 1505 p4p, 1443 weight class) and Romulus Germanicus (ranked 191 p4p, 183 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Sam Margolis and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Prilla throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Lane Prilla seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Germanicus rushes Prilla and presses him up against the cage.
Prilla has Germanicus pushed against the cage.
Germanicus swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Germanicus is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Prilla is defending well for now.
Prilla pushes Germanicus back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

A looping hook to the body misses from Prilla. Germanicus does a little dance to reset his feet.
Germanicus throws a big counter head kick but Prilla avoids it with no problem.

and Germanicus counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Prilla looks to land a left hand but Germanicus moved out of range nicely.

Prilla throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

and Prilla counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Germanicus .
Prilla scores with a jab to the jaw.

Germanicus ducks under a wild hook from Prilla.
Germanicus looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Prilla tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Prilla throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Germanicus lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

and Prilla counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Prilla cracks Germanicus with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Prilla has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Germanicus to stand back up!
Germanicus is rocked!
Prilla steps in with a hook that catches Germanicus right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Prilla follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Germanicus looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lane Prilla!
As Lane Prilla got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: That's two wins in my debut week here at CFC. I want Davide Farina in a title eliminator next!'.
