Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, John Saunders!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mario Waters!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Santiago Holmes and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saunders lands a jab.
Saunders bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Waters's head.
It looks like Mario Waters has been cut.
Waters shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Saunders as he avoids it easily.
Saunders displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Waters.

Waters is rocked!
Waters tries to keep at a distance but Saunders has taken the fight into the clinch.
Waters is still on wobbly legs! Can Saunders finish him?

Waters tries to pull guard but Saunders holds him up against the cage and eventually Waters drops back down to his feet.
John Saunders has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mario Waters.
Saunders stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Saunders throws a big uppercut that drops Waters! More strikes from Saunders and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Waters lies dazed against the cage as Saunders celebrates with his cornermen!
