Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roy Jones Jr (ranked 24960 p4p, 4275 weight class) and Thibby Foe (ranked 232 p4p, 180 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Roy Jones Jr! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Thibby Foe! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones Jr clinches with his opponent.
Foe effectively controlling the action here. Jones Jr stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jones Jr taking a breather. Jones Jr gets a warning from the ref for wasting time. Jones Jr slows down the pace here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Foe looking to slow down the pace here. Jones Jr's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Roy Jones Jr. Foe lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Foe tries to clinch and Jones Jr counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Foe moves to clinch but Jones Jr breaks away and Jones Jr counters with a left to the body. Foe darts in trying to clinch and Jones Jr counters with a nice right hand that sends Foe toppling to the canvas! Foe scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Jones Jr finish him?! Jones Jr seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Foe wants to clinch.
And that's the end of the fight! Roy Jones Jr showed his dominance in that final round. Well Jones Jr has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
