Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nile Diaz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Stec Scub!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scub lands a nice shot to the body.
Scub throws a series of punches but Diaz avoids them all with ease.
Diaz throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Scub counters with a right hand to the body.
Diaz takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Diaz with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Scub to score with a decent uppercut.
It looks like Nile Diaz has been cut.
Scub feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Diaz sprawling to the canvas! Diaz rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Scub finish him?!
Diaz is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Diaz is aggressively charging in as Scub backs up avoiding any damage. Scub tosses out a jab and Diaz runs right into it face first! Diaz is out cold! Scub dropped down on all fours and is barking in Diaz's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Stec Scub!
