Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Frank Alexandre Ingram (ranked 3792 p4p, 4687 weight class) and Nervil Gretty (ranked 241 p4p, 276 weight class). Ingram comes to the cage accompanied by Last Breath. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Frank Alexandre Ingram! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Nervil Gretty! The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Ryoma Takatsuka and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ingram dives in for a single leg takedown but Gretty sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Gretty is looking for the big counter here. Ingram really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Gretty is trying to push Ingram away but Ingram has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Gretty tries to stall but Ingram uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Gretty is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Ingram is defending well for now. Gretty misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Ingram.
Ingram pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Ingram avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
A punch lands to the side of Ingram 's head but he takes it in his stride. Ingram gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Gretty is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ingram avoiding damage as Gretty throws knees to the body.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Gretty unloads a knee to the mid-section. Ingram lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Ingram has Gretty pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Gretty manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gretty is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Ingram is keeping busy. Ingram tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Gretty smiles and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frank Alexandre Ingram. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ingram closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Gretty's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ingram stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gretty swivels though and keeps the full guard. Ingram's corner is telling him to maintain position. Ingram tries to free his leg and advance position but Gretty is retaining full guard. Ingram looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Ingram sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Gretty's guard. Gretty is looking to control Ingram's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Gretty avoid being mounted? Gretty avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Ingram.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ingram wants to pass to mount but Gretty is defending the position. Ingram looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Ingram seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Gretty for as long as he can get away with.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ingram decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Gretty tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Ingram manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Ingram feinted with a counter takedown. Ingram goes for a double leg but Gretty avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Gretty continues to drive forward. It seemed like Gretty was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Ingram tries to pull guard but Gretty forces him back to his feet, against the cage. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Ingram blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Ingram has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Gretty regains guard immediately. Gretty is trying to keep Ingram in close.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ingram throwing strikes but missing. Gretty not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Ingram has gone for a leg lock! Gretty slips out almost immediately though and dives into Ingram's guard. Gretty would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Ingram seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Gretty would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Frank Alexandre Ingram will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Gretty tries to clinch there but Ingram circles away.
A head kick misses from Gretty. Ingram tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Gretty defends well and Ingram ends up having to push Gretty into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Gretty misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Ingram.
Ingram prevents Gretty from breaking the clinch. Ingram escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Gretty scores with a kick to the body.
Frank Alexandre Ingram seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. No luck for Ingram with that takedown attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ingram shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gretty but Gretty pushes him off and we're back to square one. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frank Alexandre Ingram. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ingram swats away the attempt to clinch by Gretty.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gretty throws a head kick that misses. Gretty throws a nice outside leg kick. Ingram fails with the takedown and Gretty connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Ingram on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Gretty. Gretty obviously looking to wear him down.
Gretty scores with a shot to the body.
Gretty fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Nervil Gretty is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Gretty rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ingram moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Gretty takes a swing at Ingram's ribcage but misses. Ingram keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gretty misses with a combination
and Ingram counters by clinching up. Ingram pulls guard successfully.
Ingram has control of Gretty's left arm, preventing Gretty from doing any damage. Gretty stands and steps away. Ingram gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Gretty throws a head kick but Ingram moves out of range.
Ingram feinted with a counter takedown. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Ingram changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gretty tries to avoid it but Ingram manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gretty to the ground. Gretty escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Gretty throws a counter combo. Ingram gets a double leg takedown into Gretty's guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Gretty wriggles free and stands up. Ingram fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Gretty avoids it really well and circles away. Gretty appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gretty connects with a body shot. Ingram shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Ingram tries to score a power double leg takedown but Gretty sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ingram somewhat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Gretty tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Gretty cracks Ingram with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Gretty lands with a kick to the temple. Ingram shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Gretty punishes Ingram's body with a nice straight punch. Gretty throws a nice head kick!
Ingram darts in looking for a takedown but Gretty gets double underhooks and turns Ingram into the cage. Gretty gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Ingram.
Ingram drops down looking for an ankle pick but Gretty pulls his leg out and moves away.
Gretty instigates a clinch. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Nervil Gretty showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Ingram's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round! Gretty fails with an attempt to clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Gretty looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Ingram is looking for a counter combo. Nervil Gretty seems to be getting the better of the standup. Gretty throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ingram. Ingram throws a lazy uppercut
and Gretty counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Gretty misses with a series of wild punches.
Ingram goes for a double leg but Gretty avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Gretty continues to drive forward. Frank Alexandre Ingram overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Gretty wants to stand but Ingram has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Ingram wants to sweep here but Gretty controlling him for the moment. Gretty is looking to stand up but Ingram won't let him. Ingram looking to hit a scissor sweep but Gretty is one step ahead there. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Gretty wants to get up but he can't break Ingram's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Gretty trying to control the position from guard on top but Ingram is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Gretty wanted to stand there but Ingram had control of the position.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Gretty looks to score with a jab to the body but Ingram is just out of range. Gretty is looking to clinch but Ingram is avoiding it.
Ingram avoids the head kick by Gretty.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Ingram. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frank Alexandre Ingram. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gretty lands with a straight right. Ingram didn't see that one coming. Gretty has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Gretty lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gretty lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Ingram circles away from the clinch attempt.

Ingram seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Gretty misses with a body shot.
Ingram shoots in for a takedown but Gretty shows good takedown defense. Gretty changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Gretty is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Ingram rather than just go for the knockout. Ingram takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Gretty stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Gretty wants it to stay on the feet. Gretty let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Ingram wants to clinch but Gretty slips to the side and Gretty makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Nice body kick from Gretty.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A good leg kick by Gretty. Ingram shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Gretty defends it nicely. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Gretty. Ingram shrugs it off though. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Gretty wants to clinch up but Ingram keeps it at a distance. Gretty lands a jab to the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Gretty pulls out of a head kick attempt.
And that's the end of the fight! Nervil Gretty comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Gretty has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
