And in the blue corner, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 0 losses; Matteo Chibaclov!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Frank Dennis and Chris Downing.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Chibaclov moves into the clinch.
Chibaclov wants a takedown but no success here.
Levesque has Chibaclov pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Chibaclov manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Chibaclov goes for a takedown in the clinch but Levesque prevents it.

Miles Levesque has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matteo Chibaclov.
Levesque has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Chibaclov after a bit of a struggle.

Chibaclov tries to score a body lock takedown but Levesque shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Chibaclov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Levesque swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Levesque has his foot on Chibaclov's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Chibaclov works his way back into a safe position though.
Levesque is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Chibaclov is aware though and is defending well.

Levesque escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Chibaclov gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Chibaclov wants to control from the top but Levesque keeps moving.
Levesque is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Chibaclov defends well.

Levesque is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Levesque looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Chibaclov got a little sloppy there for a moment and Levesque has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Chibaclov has managed to get both his arms back between Levesque's legs - danger averted.
Levesque is looking to cinch up a triangle. Chibaclov throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Levesque's body to avoid the submission. Levesque has instead reached around Chibaclov's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Levesque arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
