Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dawindi Buktot (ranked 24000 p4p, 23949 weight class) and Kulata Bitok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 40 - 60 - 5, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dawindi Buktot! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 35 - 65 - 6, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kulata Bitok! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Cecil Peabody and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Buktot looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bitok is fending him off so far but Buktot persists. Nope, Bitok circles away and we're back to standing. Bitok only half commits to the counter leg kick. Bitok fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Buktot leaves Bitok with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Buktot thinks about countering with a body kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Buktot shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Bitok manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Buktot engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Buktot seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Bitok for as long as he can get away with. Bitok pulls Buktot in to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Buktot showing good wrestling skills to control the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bitok is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Bitok shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Buktot napping and manages to drive through into side control!
That's three minutes gone in the round. What's Buktot going to do here then? He's in a bit of a pickle. Buktot is looking to regain half guard here but Bitok keeps moving and retains side control. Bitok taking a breather here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Sloppy strikes there by Bitok. Bitok controlling the position. Buktot is trying to control Bitok's posture but Bitok avoids it. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Kulata Bitok will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Bitok closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Buktot to the mat! Buktot manages to get full guard. Bitok controls from within his opponent's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Buktot pulls Bitok in close to prevent any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bitok trying to control the position from guard on top but Buktot is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Buktot seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Bitok throws a big elbow that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Bitok stays in close to Buktot's body and controls the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. No luck with that takedown attempt from Bitok. Buktot thinks about countering with a body kick. Bitok fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Bitok shoots in looking for a takedown but Buktot manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bitok's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Dawindi Buktot has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kulata Bitok.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Buktot gets a takedown into half guard. Buktot sitting and controlling from the half guard. Bitok wants to control but Buktot is keeping busy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Buktot controlling the action here. Buktot looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Dawindi Buktot will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round! That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Buktot crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Bitok - the referee stops the clock and Buktot gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Bitok. Buktot manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Bitok scores with a takedown into Buktot's guard. Buktot has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Bitok off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bitok shoots in for a double leg but Buktot sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Buktot fires out a quick counter leg kick but Bitok just manages to avoid it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nice takedown defense from Bitok. No joy for Buktot on that attempt. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Bitok gets the takedown into side control. Buktot bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet! No luck with that takedown attempt from Bitok. Buktot thinks about countering with a head kick. Buktot drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bitok looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Buktot is stalling in the full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Buktot in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Buktot is stalling in the full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Bitok controlling the position. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Buktot trying to control the position from guard on top but Bitok is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bitok. Buktot is looking to counter with a body kick.
And that's the end of the fight! Dawindi Buktot showed his dominance in that final round. Well Buktot has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
