Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Higanti Libat (ranked 23663 p4p, 23891 weight class) and Wala Sapi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 41 - 60 - 4, fighting out of Las Vegas, Higanti Libat! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 49 - 48 - 9, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wala Sapi! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Frank Dennis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Libat looks for a takedown but Sapi sprawls well. Libat changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sapi looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. You can see the frustration on Sapi's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Sapi tries to bench press Libat off him but Libat keeps the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sapi wants to control but Libat postures up. Libat misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Sapi can't do much from the bottom here. Libat is looking to take a break and control but Sapi is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Sapi is trying to get back to half guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Libat gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Sapi to score an easy takedown into full guard. Sapi is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Libat looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sapi is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Libat wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Libat shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Sapi sprawls well. Sapi wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Libat gets slowly back to his feet. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Wala Sapi will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Libat stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Libat wants it to stay on the feet. Sapi looks for the body kick but Libat saw that one coming. Libat is looking to counter with a body kick. Sapi fails to land the takedown. Libat jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sapi misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Higanti Libat has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wala Sapi.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sapi shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Libat pinned against the cage. Libat gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. It looked like Libat was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Libat throws a leg kick and Sapi counters with a single leg into guard. Libat didn't expect that. Libat is adopting a defensive guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sapi content to stall in guard here. Libat is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sapi is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Libat has his hands on Sapi's head, controlling the position.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Libat shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Sapi manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Sapi wriggles free and stands up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Libat looking to score a takedown here. Sapi is defending well but Libat drives through and ends up in Sapi's guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Higanti Libat will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round! Libat gets off balance looking for a body kick and Sapi counters with a takedown into side control. Sapi controlling from side mount. Sapi has been the more effective fighter overall so far. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Libat is looking to reverse the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sapi moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Sapi wants to control but Libat is keeping him busy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sapi controlling from side mount. Sapi working away.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Sapi stuffs the takedown. Libat moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromSapi. Excellent takedown into side control there by Sapi. Both fighters take a look at the clock. Libat trying to remain calm as Sapi controls from the top position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sapi is putting a hurting on Libat here, landing some big shots from side control. Sapi is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Libat wants to control but Sapi postures up. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. A lull in the action here.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Sapi shoots in looking for a takedown. Libat tries to sprawl out of it but Sapi keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Libat manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
And that's the end of the fight! Wala Sapi comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Sapi has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
