Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Enzo DiMaggio (ranked 2317 p4p, 1068 weight class) and Lou Parisini (ranked 139 p4p, 66 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from DiMaggio misses its intended target.
Parisini ducks under a wild hook from DiMaggio.

Parisini takes a swing at DiMaggio's ribcage but misses.
DiMaggio ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
DiMaggio definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
DiMaggio moves out of range of the strikes.
Parisini fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A little feinted left hand from DiMaggio on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
DiMaggio takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Parisini has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by DiMaggio after a bit of a struggle.
DiMaggio content to slow the pace in the clinch.

Parisini is trying to force a seperation but DiMaggio has the dominant position.

DiMaggio lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Parisini has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics DiMaggio uses from the top position.

Parisini escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. DiMaggio gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Parisini is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

DiMaggio is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Parisini is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so DiMaggio is just riding it out for now. Parisini eventually gives up the hold.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Parisini is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, DiMaggio has managed to escape the submission attempt.
DiMaggio wants to control but Parisini is having none of it.
Parisini seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but DiMaggio is holding on tight.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

DiMaggio is pushing Parisini up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Parisini is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - DiMaggio screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
