Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Brogan (ranked 2457 p4p, 2804 weight class) and Dezzi Island (ranked 295 p4p, 333 weight class). Brogan comes to the cage accompanied by Immortal Technique - Open Your Eyes. Michael Brogan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Island throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Island has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Island moves out of range as Brogan strikes.
Island is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Brogan with a body shot.
Brogan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Island was well out of range. Poor timing from Brogan.

Brogan has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

Island drops Brogan with a huge uppercut! Brogan drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Island is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!

In his post fight interview, Dezzi Island started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
