The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gogol gets caught napping as Carter dives in and scores a takedown. Gogol manages to retain guard.

Gogol on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Gogol tries to get out of the position.

Gogol is looking for a sweep. Carter is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Carter has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Carter is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Gogol with him. Gogol is trying to defend but Carter has an arm under the chin now! Gogol grimaces and is forced to tap out!
