Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Magomed Magomedsharipov!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kidd scores with a sloppy right hand. Magomedsharipov should have avoided that one.
Magomedsharipov looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Kidd ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Magomedsharipov tries for a takedown but Kidd circles away easily
and Kidd counters with a nice uppercut.
Magomedsharipov takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Magomedsharipov takes a shot right to the bread basket.

and Kidd counters with a three punch combo that has Magomedsharipov backing up. Magomedsharipov nods at Kidd to acknowledge the strikes.
A left and a right from Kidd both land. Nice combination.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kidd shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Magomedsharipov eats them both and turns towards Kidd to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Kidd lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Magomedsharipov is still on wobbly legs! Can Kidd finish him?
Kidd is pawing at Magomedsharipov, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Magomedsharipov's nose. Magomedsharipov is badly hurt! Kidd pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Magomedsharipov tries desperately to hold on but Kidd is relentless in his assault! As Magomedsharipov receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Kidd away and this one is in the books!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). William Kidd!
