Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Silas Stone (ranked 4013 p4p, 2168 weight class) and Jake Richards (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jake Richards told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Silas Stone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jake Richards!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Daniel Bishop and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stone tries to clinch there but Richards circles away.
Stone misses with a kick to the body.
Stone tries to close the distance and clinch but Richards swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Stone lands an overhand right.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Stone lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Richards has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Richards and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Richards has closed the distance and engaged Stone in a clinch.

Richards lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Stone or not.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
