The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson shoots for a takedown but Goldman saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Johnson misses with a hook to the ribs.
Johnson is leaning against Goldman and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Johnson keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Goldman's efforts to push away.
Johnson lands a body shot.
Goldman blocks a body shot from Johnson.
Johnson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Johnson has taken the fight to the clinch.
Goldman wants to break free but Johnson has control.
Goldman is trying to break the clinch but Johnson is controlling him.
Johnson manages to break the clinch.
Goldman lands with a nice body punch.
Goldman looks to land a left hand but Johnson moved out of range nicely.
Johnson uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Goldman.
Goldman changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Oooh a lovely combination from Goldman sends Johnson down but not out. Goldman dives into side control looking to finish.
Johnson is rocked!
It looks like Leo Johnson has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Goldman scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Johnson is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Goldman can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
