PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mitsu Misawa (ranked 2456 p4p, 4078 weight class) and Unicorn Big Foot (ranked 297 p4p, 425 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Misawa connects with a solid leg kick.
Misawa connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Big Foot gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Misawa lands a damaging elbow.
Misawa lands an elbow that stopped Big Foot in his tracks for a moment.
Big Foot drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Big Foot has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Misawa avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Big Foot is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Mitsu Misawa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Unicorn Big Foot.

Big Foot is trying to drag Misawa to the mat but Misawa just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Big Foot has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Misawa uses from the top position.

Misawa throws a big counter combination but Big Foot scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Misawa has Big Foot up against the cage in a clinch.
Misawa is pressed up against the cage. Big Foot has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Misawa down to the mat. Misawa avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Big Foot looks to land a right hand but Misawa moved out of range.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Big Foot gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Misawa gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Big Foot is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
