Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Masahiko Kimura (ranked 1836 p4p, 1277 weight class) and Diablo Oliveira (ranked 236 p4p, 164 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Masahiko Kimura! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Diablo Oliveira! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, John Roberts and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kimura with a lazy takedown attempt and Oliveira counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Oliveira. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Kimura trying to control the position.
Kimura wants to sweep but no luck. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kimura is on top in guard.
Kimura advances to half guard. Kimura moves nicely into side control. Oliveira tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Kimura wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kimura is looking to take a break and control but Oliveira is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kimura tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Kimura wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Oliveira, who protects the arm well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Oliveira is trying to get back to half guard. Kimura is looking to take a break and control but Oliveira is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Kimura swings around for an armbar but Oliveira sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Kimura's guard. Oliveira must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Kimura keeping full guard, as Oliveira tries to pass. Oliveira is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Kimura has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Oliveira is looking to defend but Kimura has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Oliveira! Kimura pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Oliveira taps out and this one is all over!
