Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Luis Caixinha (ranked 22767 p4p, 3142 weight class) and Ben Barnes (ranked 585 p4p, 373 weight class). Luis Caixinha looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ben Barnes!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Colin Fotheringham and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barnes lands a lovely overhand right.
Caixinha tries to close the distance and clinch up but Barnes swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Caixinha walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Barnes connects with a looping right hand.
Barnes throws an overhand right that lands on Caixinha's shoulder, as Caixinha tries to avoid the shot.
Barnes swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Caixinha ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Caixinha really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Barnes lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Caixinha or not.

Caixinha tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Barnes smiles and moves away.
Barnes looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Barnes connects with a good right hand that stumbles Caixinha. Caixinha circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Barnes throws a hook to the side of Caixinha's head but Caixinha sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Ben Barnes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Barnes keeps the fight on the outside.
Barnes is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Caixinha had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.
The fighters circling - Barnes throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Barnes throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Caixinha stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Caixinha is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Oh Caixinha is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Barnes closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Caixinha! Barnes dives in looking to finish! Caixinha is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
