Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leonidas Vidalotis (ranked 3251 p4p, 3671 weight class) and Simon Adams (ranked 377 p4p, 413 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams throws a half hearted mid kick.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Adams throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Vidalotis misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Adams ducks under a wild hook from Vidalotis.
Vidalotis wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Simon Adams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vidalotis uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Adams.
Adams waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Vidalotis.
Adams tests Vidalotis's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Adams uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Vidalotis.
A big left from Adams misses.
Adams throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Adams bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Vidalotis with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Adams to score with a decent uppercut.
Adams looks to land a combination but Vidalotis avoids it well.
Adams throws a jab when Vidalotis was well out of range.

Vidalotis looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Adams!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Adams parries the strikes from Vidalotis easily there. Vidalotis is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Adams to escape.

Vidalotis is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Adams knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vidalotis fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Vidalotis connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Adams some visible discomfort.

Vidalotis looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Adams takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Adams is rocked!
Vidalotis in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Adams looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Vidalotis turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
