Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alibaba Mehmet AliKhan (ranked 2782 p4p, 24874 weight class) and Alan West (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alibaba Mehmet AliKhan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alan West! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Bruno Lombardi and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. AliKhan throws a body shot but no joy. AliKhan fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and West has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. A thudding body kick lands there by AliKhan!
A nice leg kick from AliKhan, right into the meat of the thigh.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. AliKhan misses with a wild body shot. AliKhan throws a body shot but no joy. West swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
That's one minute gone in the round. AliKhan misses with the body kick and West counters with a stiff right hand. Alibaba Mehmet AliKhan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. AliKhan feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Wests jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! AliKhan misses with a straight left. AliKhan feints and then cracks West's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow West down. AliKhan scores with a leg kick.

West looks like he wants to counter punch here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. West takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. That kick from AliKhan tenderised West's leg. West is trying to keep his angry face on. AliKhan swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by West. We've been told by AliKhan's head coaches at Casa Steel that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. West keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
West swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. AliKhan cracks West with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! West looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can AliKhan finish him?
West is rocked! Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
That's three minutes gone in the round. AliKhan swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. West blocks a head kick by AliKhan.
AliKhan misses with a body shot.
West on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by AliKhan. AliKhan obviously looking to wear him down.
The fighters circle momentarily. AliKhan darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. AliKhan connects with a body shot. AliKhan scores with a punch to the head. AliKhan throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
West uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from AliKhan. West swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. AliKhan pulls out of a head kick attempt.
AliKhan misses with a wild body shot. West throws out a counter right but AliKhan avoids it with no problem. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Alibaba Mehmet AliKhan dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! West takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. West with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling AliKhan to score with a decent uppercut. We've been informed that West has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. West moves out of range as AliKhan strikes. West throws out a counter right but AliKhan avoids it with no problem. AliKhan swings for the body but West moves out of range.

and West connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. AliKhan misses with a hook to the body
letting West counter with a right hand. AliKhan misses the jab. AliKhan looks to score with a jab to the body but West is just out of range. West looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Alibaba Mehmet AliKhan is winning the standup battle so far. AliKhan throws a hook to the side of West's head but West sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. West slips a straight right by AliKhan. AliKhan swings for the body but West moves out of range.
AliKhan connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between West's hands. AliKhan throws a chopping leg kick but West manages to avoid taking any serious damage. It seemed like West was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. AliKhan bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of West's head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. AliKhan throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck West on the side of the head. AliKhan cracks West with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! West looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can AliKhan finish him?
West is still on wobbly legs! Can AliKhan finish him? AliKhan just misses with a punch to the body.
West throws out a counter right but AliKhan avoids it with no problem. West seems to have recovered his senses. AliKhan fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and West has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. West keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
West looks like he wants to counter punch here. This has been an exciting period of action! AliKhan throws a quick inside leg kick.

It seemed like West was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Good standup being displayed there by AliKhan as he connects with a hook. West chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before AliKhan can pounce on him.
West's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. AliKhan jabs West right on the nose. West blinks but takes it well. A swing and a miss from AliKhan. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Alibaba Mehmet AliKhan dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round! A nice leg kick from AliKhan, right into the meat of the thigh.
West sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. AliKhan drops West with a huge uppercut! West drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. AliKhan is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
