Lin looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Tovar takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Lin misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Tovar wants to clinch up but Lin keeps it at a distance.

Tovar lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Lin or not.

Lin takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Tovar shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Tovar was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Tovar remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Tovar decides to stand up, so the ref orders Lin to his feet.
Tovar is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Lin can do to turn this around?

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Lin leaves Tovar with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
