Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Piere Dolinski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bj Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Piere Dolinski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bj Penn! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Penn stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Dolinski. Penn throws a head kick that misses. Dolinski checks a leg kick. Penn misses with a wild combination.
Dolinski tries to land a front kick but Penn steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Penn throws a series of punches but Dolinski moves out of range. Dolinski feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Dolinski is in close to Penn's body, working some short punches and elbows. Penn looking for a sweep. Not yet Penn, not yet. Dolinski tries to free his leg and advance position but Penn is retaining full guard. Penn looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Dolinski postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Penn is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Dolinski, into his guard. Dolinski looking for a sweep. Not yet Dolinski, not yet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dolinski manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Dolinski thowing shots but they're missing. Dolinski sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Penn takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Penn is trying to escape the mount.
Penn is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Penn blocking the ground and pound. Penn wants to hold on but Dolinski pushes him away. Penn working to try and regain half guard.
Penn looks gassed! Penn holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Dolinski tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Penn is in all sorts of trouble here.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Dolinski can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Penn is looking to escape. The referee warns Penn that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Dolinski tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Penn tries to hold on but Dolinski pushes him away. Penn is bucking up trying to escape but Dolinski cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dolinski thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Dolinski postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Penn looks a forlorn figure.
Penn tries to reverse the position but Dolinski maintains control. Dolinski controlling the position easily from mount. Penn can't escape the position.
Dolinski dominating with strikes here. Dolinski breaks from Penn's wrist control and lands an elbow. Dolinski has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Penn's face.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Dolinski raining down shots from the mount! A nice elbow there by Dolinski. Penn wants to hold on but Dolinski pushes him away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dolinski scoring with strikes but Penn is staying in there. This has been an exciting period of action! Dolinski is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Penn can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Penn is rocked! Dolinski lands with some strikes. Penn is still in real trouble! Can Dolinski finish him? Dolinski lands a heavy elbow. Dolinski working away from the top, dropping strikes. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Penn is trying desperately to improve position. A nice elbow there by Dolinski. Dolinski looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Penn covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
