Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pan Thongrak (ranked 3842 p4p, 3191 weight class) and Boxing Trainer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thongrak comes to the cage accompanied by Muay Thai Traditional. Boxing Trainer has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Pan Thongrak!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of , Boxing Trainer!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thongrak missing with a left hand there. Trainer was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Trainer walks into a jab.
It looks like Boxing Trainer has been cut.
Thongrak swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Thongrak fakes the leg kick and cracks Trainer in the body.
Thongrak tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Trainer was well out of range. Poor timing from Thongrak.
Thongrak throws a nice inside leg kick.
Pan Thongrak seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Thongrak.
Thongrak scores with a push kick.

Thongrak scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Thongrak throws the left hand but Trainer avoids the punch easily.
Thongrak lands a slapping body shot.
Trainer looks winded!
Thongrak lands a jab to the head.
Thongrak lands a nice leg kick that just misses Trainer's sensitive parts.
Trainer shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Thongrak lands a big head kick that sends Trainer tumbling to the mat! Thongrak takes a step backwards and waves Trainer back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Trainer is rocked!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Trainer ducks under a wild hook from Thongrak.
Thongrak looks to throw the jab but Trainer is out of range.
Thongrak connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
The fighters circle momentarily. Thongrak darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Trainer stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Thongrak.
Thongrak connects with a solid leg kick.
A nice inside leg kick there by Thongrak. That's going to slow Trainer down.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Trainer uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Thongrak.
A nice side step and Trainer releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Trainer takes a jab right on the kisser.
Trainer staying out of range there.
Thongrak feints and then cracks Trainer's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Trainer down.
Nice straight punches there by Thongrak. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Thongrak.
That has opened up Boxing Trainer's cut even more.

Trainer throws a sloppy body shot
and Thongrak counters with a crisp one two that drops Trainer! Thongrak thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Trainer to his feet! Trainer is in big trouble!
Trainer is still on wobbly legs! Can Thongrak finish him?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ohhhhhhhhhh, brutal head kick from Thongrak! This one is all over!
