Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Lachlan Doig (ranked 4035 p4p, 4276 weight class) and Mateo Wolfe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The judges for this bout are Topper Green, Francis DeMontford and Bruno Hogan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wolfe fails with an attempt to clinch.
Doig closes the distance and clinches up with Wolfe, looking for a takedown. Doig pushes Wolfe against the cage but Wolfe circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Wolfe misses with a low kick.
Doig seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Doig will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Wolfe keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Nice sprawl there from Wolfe as Doig shoots in.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lachlan Doig. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Doig swats away the attempt to clinch by Wolfe.

Wolfe closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Doig's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wolfe passes into half guard.
Wolfe is taking a breather. Doig says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Wolfe stands up and beckons Doig to join him on the feet.

Wolfe slaps away a takedown attempt from Doig, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Wolfe moves out of range as Doig throws a body kick.
Wolfe throws a right and a left that both miss.
Wolfe throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Wolfe tries to clinch but Doig moves out of range.

Doig dives in and scores a takedown into Wolfe's guard.

Wolfe is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Doig is aware though and is defending well.

Wolfe is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Doig rolls with it to try and escape but Wolfe cranks on the arm and Doig is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
