Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Rick Victor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 9 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Gervonta Davis!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Sandra Marshall and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Victor darts in and clinches Davis up against the cage.
Davis wants the takedown. Victor is fighting it off but Davis persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Victor's guard against the cage.
Victor has control of Davis's left arm, preventing Davis from doing any damage.
Victor is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Davis frees his head nicely. Oh but Victor has switched to an armbar! Davis is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
