Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony Twist (ranked 1586 p4p, 2300 weight class) and Finley Costa (ranked 193 p4p, 266 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Twist might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to tony twist fights, enjoy. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Costa checks a leg kick nicely.
Costa ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Costa misses with a left hand
and Twist cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Costa thows a body kick. Twist tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Costa throws a jab when Twist was well out of range.
Twist moves out of range of the body kick from Costa.
Twist throws a big counter combination but Costa scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Twist on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Costa throws a nice outside leg kick.
Costa throws a body shot but no joy.
Costa throws a leg kick but Twist moved away.
It looked like Twist was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Costa.
Costa scores with a jab to the head.
A punch combination from Costa misses.

Costa has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Twist ducks under a wild hook from Costa.
Twist throws a counter high kick but Costa was just alert enough to avoid it.
Costa throws a hook to the side of Twist's head but Twist sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A slow jab from Costa misses its intended target.

Twist's jab looks to have found its range, popping Costa under the eye.

It looks like Finley Costa has been cut.

Costa jabs Twist to the body, keeping him at a distance.

and Twist counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

A nice inside leg kick there by Costa. That's going to slow Twist down.
Twist lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Costa throws a body punch but Twist moves out of range.
Twist fires out a quick counter leg kick but Costa just manages to avoid it.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Twist lands a left and a right that sends Costa crashing to the canvas! Twist dives into mount looking to finish!

We've been hearing that Twist has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Costa takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Twist's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
