Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kiba Yamasaki (ranked 1214 p4p, 2031 weight class) and Big Fish (ranked 99 p4p, 147 weight class). Fish comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Cant Stop - RHCP kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kiba Yamasaki! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Big Fish! The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fish throws a jab but it's blocked by Yamasaki. Yamasaki misses with a straight right. Yamasaki displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Fish throws out the jab. Yamasaki works the jab nicely. Fish tries to clinch letting Yamasaki counter with a right hand. We've been hearing reports that Yamasaki has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Yamasaki wants to clinch up but Fish keeps it at a distance. Fish connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Yamasaki throws a lazy uppercut
letting Fish counter with a right hand. Yamasaki misses the jab. Fish wants to counter the offense by Yamasaki and move into the clinch position. Fish misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Yamasaki appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yamasaki misses with a hook. Fish ducked under it nicely. Fish bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Yamasaki uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Fish.
Yamasaki throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Fish displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Yamasaki throws out the jab. Yamasaki swings for the body but Fish moves out of range.
Yamasaki misses with a lunging right hand
and Fish counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Yamasaki is rocked! Yamasaki gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Fish gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Big Fish! An out of breath Big Fish thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
