Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rocky Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexandre Sosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Silva might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to "The Pitbull" Onward to Victory. Sosa is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Jim Johnston-Priceless. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws a left that rocks Sosa and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Silva dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Sosa regain composure!
It looks like Alexandre Sosa has been cut.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Sosa manages to get back to half guard.
Silva tries to pass to full mount but Sosa defends it.
Sosa slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Silva drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Silva jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Sosa is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Silva rolls with it to try and escape but Sosa cranks on the arm and Silva is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
