Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dawindi Buktot (ranked 24004 p4p, 23954 weight class) and Kulata Bitok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 42 - 60 - 5, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dawindi Buktot! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 35 - 67 - 6, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kulata Bitok! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Buktot changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bitok tries to avoid it but Buktot manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bitok to the ground. Bitok escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Bitok shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Buktot's guard. Bitok showing good wrestling skills to control the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. It looks like Bitok might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bitok with a flurry of punches that miss. Buktot wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Buktot's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Bitok throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Buktot tries for a takedown but Bitok circles away easily and Bitok counters with a thumping low kick. Bitok closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Buktot's guard. Bitok controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Buktot has control of Bitok's left arm, preventing Bitok from doing any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bitok not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Bitok trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Bitok is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Buktot is looking to sweep but instead, Bitok has passed into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Bitok in particular looking to stall. Buktot is holding on to half guard well.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Bitok has taken the fight to the clinch.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Kulata Bitok dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Buktot trying to control the position here. Buktot can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bitok controls the pace. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Bitok closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Bitok wants to take a breather but Buktot is having none of it. Bitok content to control rather than advance. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Kulata Bitok showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Bitok drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Buktot seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bitok connects with a couple of short punches. Buktot pulls Bitok in close to prevent any damage. Bitok slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Buktot misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Bitok counters with a body kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bitok. Buktot wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Buktot gets a double leg takedown into Bitok's guard. Bitok is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Buktot dives into side control.
Bitok can't do much from the bottom here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Buktot in side control, just content to control the action for now. Buktot working away.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Kulata Bitok. Well Bitok has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
