Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mamadou Ab Duh Kra (ranked 4185 p4p, 4906 weight class) and Xi Daerji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ab Duh Kra might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to NAJMO NASHAAD - UTUMA HEELADA. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mamadou Ab Duh Kra! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Xi Daerji! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Wagner Zegers and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ab Duh Kra moves into the clinch successfully.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Daerji pulls guard. Daerji controls Ab Duh Kra momentarily but Ab Duh Kra frees himself. Ab Duh Kra cracks Daerji with a solid left hand. Ab Duh Kra really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Daerji utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Daerji is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Daerji trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Daerji pulls Ab Duh Kra in close to his closed guard and prevents Ab Duh Kra from doing any damage or advancing position. Ab Duh Kra postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Ab Duh Kra is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Daerji manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Ab Duh Kra manages to get himself to full guard.

Ab Duh Kra trying to control the position from guard on top but Daerji is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ab Duh Kra postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Daerji has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ab Duh Kra can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Daerji trying to control the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Ab Duh Kra has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Ab Duh Kra wants to control from the top but Daerji keeps moving. Ab Duh Kra is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Daerji trying to keep a closed guard but Ab Duh Kra is proving a slippery customer.
Daerji thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Daerji gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Ab Duh Kra misses with an elbow strike.
Ab Duh Kra is trying to drag Daerji to the mat but Daerji just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Ab Duh Kra turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Daerji throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done! Ab Duh Kra looking to score a takedown here. Daerji is defending well but Ab Duh Kra drives through and ends up in Daerji's guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ab Duh Kra scoring with punches to the head and body. Daerji will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

That was a close round but I would say that Mamadou Ab Duh Kra will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Daerji misses with a takedown attempt - Ab Duh Kra sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Daerji gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Ab Duh Kra to score an easy takedown into full guard. Ab Duh Kra seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Daerji wants to sweep but no luck.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Ab Duh Kra shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Daerji wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Ab Duh Kra manages to pass to side control. Ab Duh Kra trying to control from half guard but Daerji is working away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ab Duh Kra content to control rather than advance. Ab Duh Kra lands with a punch from half guard. Ab Duh Kra seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Daerji is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Ab Duh Kra looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Daerji with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Daerji is looking for a sweep. Ab Duh Kra is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Daerji is looking to control Ab Duh Kra's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Daerji avoid being mounted? Ab Duh Kra is taking a breather. Daerji says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Ab Duh Kra is keen to just control but Daerji is a slippery customer. Ab Duh Kra is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Daerji is just riding it out for now. Ab Duh Kra eventually gives up the hold. Ab Duh Kra with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Daerji closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ab Duh Kra circles away. Xi Daerji seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ab Duh Kra throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Ab Duh Kra showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Daerji.
Ab Duh Kra fails to land the takedown. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Ab Duh Kra circles away from the clinch attempt.

Ab Duh Kra is looking to counter the offense by Daerji and move into the clinch. Daerji shoots in but Ab Duh Kra avoids the takedown attempt easily. Daerji rushes Ab Duh Kra and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Ab Duh Kra misses with some punches.

Mamadou Ab Duh Kra has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Xi Daerji. Daerji will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Daerji takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Daerji tries to break the clinch but Ab Duh Kra is controlling the position. Ab Duh Kra has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Daerji after a bit of a struggle. Daerji jumps guard but Ab Duh Kra turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Daerji is defending well against a takedown attempt. Daerji has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Daerji is working for takedown but Ab Duh Kra is calmly controlling the position for now. Daerji is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Ab Duh Kra pulls him back up using the underhooks. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ab Duh Kra pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Ab Duh Kra tried to score with a low kick but Daerji checks it. Despite the aggression on Daerji's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Xi Daerji. I think Ab Duh Kra has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
