Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nile Diaz (ranked 5090 p4p, 5365 weight class) and Elliot Stabler (ranked 484 p4p, 494 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nile Diaz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Elliot Stabler! The judges for this bout are Josh West, Colin Fray and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stabler gets a clinch. Diaz tries to pull guard but Stabler forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Stabler slowing the pace effectively. Still in the clinch, Stabler scores with a nice short uppercut. Stabler working some nice short punches in the clinch. Diaz tries to pull guard but Stabler won't allow it.
Diaz has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Stabler avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nile Diaz. That's going to take a lot out of him. A right hand to the body from Stabler.
Diaz tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Stabler works on Diaz's body with a couple of short punches. Stabler working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Stabler works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Stabler lands with a short shot to the head. Stabler breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Stabler lands a glancing blow to the side of Diaz's head.
It looks like Nile Diaz has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Stabler circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Diaz to the canvas! Diaz doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Stabler keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Elliot Stabler!
