Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Damien Frey!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Junior Garcia!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Colin Fray and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Frey misses.
Garcia is looking for the big counter here.
Garcia looks to land a body kick but Frey moved away.
Frey fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Garcia throws a wild body kick that Frey sees coming a mile off.
Garcia goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Frey connects with a right hand. Garcia shakes it off.
It looks like Junior Garcia has been cut.
Garcia throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Frey counters with a nice right hand that sends Garcia toppling to the canvas! Garcia scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Frey finish him?!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Garcia jabs Frey right on the nose. Frey blinks but takes it well.
Garcia throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Frey is looking to counter punch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Garcia avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Frey lands a big right hand that sends Garcia crashing to the mat! Frey stays standing though and waves Garcia back to his feet!
That has opened up Junior Garcia's cut even more.
Garcia misses with a body kick.
Garcia tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Frey was well out of range. Poor timing from Garcia.
Garcia leaves his chin hanging out and Frey seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Garcia crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
