Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Gamble! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Joseph Gerrard! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Phil Schofield and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive. Gerrard gets a clinch. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Gerrard takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. The referee is keeping an eye on Gerrard - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gamble effectively controlling the action here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gamble stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Gerrard has Gamble pressed against the cage.
Gamble leaning his opponent against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Come on Gerrard - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Gamble stalls.
And that's the end of the fight! Joseph Gerrard comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Gerrard has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
