And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Luffy San!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yukihiro Shimada and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hanma swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
San looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Hanma!
San working the head and body with strikes.
San tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
San has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Hanma is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. San yanks on the arm and Hanma is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by San.
