Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Wesley (ranked 21374 p4p, 22818 weight class) and Kenlow Enlow (ranked 240 p4p, 255 weight class). Enlow comes into a darkened arena with his song building. This Is Absolution kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Wesley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kenlow Enlow! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Steven Brown and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Enlow throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Wesley's waist but Wesley gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Enlow off to one side. Enlow shoots in but no luck this time. No luck for Enlow with that takedown attempt. John Wesley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kenlow Enlow. Wesley closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Enlow did well to prevent Wesley getting side control. Enlow trying to hold on to Wesley's head to control him but Wesley postures up.
Well, if Wesley is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wesley wants to pass the guard but Enlow is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Enlow is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Wesley scores with a couple of nice shots. Wesley lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Wesley seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Enlow looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Wesley content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Enlow is trying to maintain the position but Wesley is very close to passing his half guard. Wesley seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Enlow is trying to get back to full guard. Wesley is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Enlow has managed to free his arm - good work. Wesley controlling the action here.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Enlow with a lazy takedown attempt and Wesley connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Enlow tries to sprawl but Wesley drives through with a takedown into half guard. Enlow is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Wesley tries to pass the half guard into mount. Enlow knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Wesley is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Enlow sees it coming and defends easily. Enlow gets back to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Enlow trying to control the position.
Wesley showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
John Wesley dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Enlow fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Wesley pushes Enlow up against the cage in a clinch. Enlow goes for a takedown in the clinch but Wesley prevents it.

John Wesley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kenlow Enlow. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wesley drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Enlow gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Wesley manages to pull guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Enlow passes into half guard. Wesley looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Wesley preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Enlow sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Wesley defending well though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Wesley makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Wesley. Wesley has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Enlow loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Wesley is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Wesley is looking to sweep but instead, Enlow has passed into half guard.
Wesley regains full guard. Nicely done. Wesley is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Enlow can do to turn this around?
That's three minutes gone in the round. Enlow throwing strikes but missing. Wesley is pulling down on Enlow's head. It's preventing any offense from Enlow, at least for the moment. Enlow wants to control from the top but Wesley keeps moving.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Wesley is looking to clinch. Wesley wants to clinch. As Wesley backs off Enlow throws a huge counter combo but Wesley manages to avoid it all.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Wesley throws a series of punches but Enlow moves out of range. Wesley wants to clinch. Enlow gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Wesley counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Wesley wants to free his trapped foot but Enlow is holding on for dear life with his legs. Wesley is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
John Wesley dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round! Enlow closes this distance looking for a takedown but Wesley circles away. Enlow shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Wesley scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Wesley is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Enlow will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Wesley seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Enlow for as long as he can get away with. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wesley has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wesley lands an elbow. Enlow wants to control but Wesley postures up. The referee asks Wesley politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Wesley prefers to stall for the moment though. Wesley advances to full mount. John Wesley overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Wesley is in the full mount, landing strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wesley controlling the pace for now. The referee warns Enlow that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Enlow tries to hold on but Wesley pushes him away. Wesley controlling the position easily from mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wesley lands a big elbow. Wesley controlling from mount. Wesley continues to stall.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Enlow reaches up to try and control the position but Wesley seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Enlow rolls and tries to escape and now Wesley has his back!
Wesley has the hooks in. Enlow is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Enlow fending off the submission attempt from Wesley. Enlow is holding onto Wesley's left hand, preventing any choke attempts.
And that's the end of the fight! John Wesley showed his dominance in that final round. Well Wesley has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
