Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kimmo Peramaki (ranked 876 p4p, 25356 weight class) and Keaton Hayden (ranked 100 p4p, 518 weight class). Keaton Hayden struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 156.5lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hayden wants to clinch up but Peramaki keeps it at a distance.
Hayden looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Peramaki connects with a jab.
Hayden tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Hayden takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Peramaki darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Hayden is rocked!
Hayden glances at the clock... BAM! Peramaki nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Hayden crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Hayden is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
