The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baddey defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sorry.
Sorry throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Baddey cracks Sorry with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Baddey gets tackled into the cage by Sorry. Sorry maintains the clinch.

Sorry manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Baddey preventing the sweep.
Baddey really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sorry. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Baddey would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Sorry trying to strike off his back.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sorry has Baddey pulled in close to control his posture.
Sorry has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Sorry is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Baddey misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A low kick from Baddey is predictable there
and Sorry counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Sorry shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Baddey defends it nicely.
Baddey throws out a counter right but Sorry avoids it with no problem.
Baddey lands with a kick to the temple. Sorry shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Thadd Baddey is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Baddey tries to keep at a distance but Sorry has taken the fight into the clinch.

Sorry breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Sorry really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Sorry misses with a takedown attempt - Baddey sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Oops Sorry. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Baddey throws a head kick that misses
and Sorry counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Baddey is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Nice sprawl there from Baddey as Sorry shoots in.

Baddey lands a big head kick that sends Sorry tumbling to the mat! Baddey takes a step backwards and waves Sorry back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Sorry is rocked!

Sorry is aggressively charging in as Baddey backs up avoiding any damage. Baddey tosses out a jab and Sorry runs right into it face first! Sorry is out cold! Baddey dropped down on all fours and is barking in Sorry's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
