Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mattheus Gallagher (ranked 5508 p4p, 396 weight class) and Kaito Tanaka (ranked 0 p4p, 49 weight class). Kaito Tanaka told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Kaito Tanaka!
The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Santiago Holmes and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gallagher lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Tanaka drops Gallagher with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Gallagher looks back up at him and smiles so Tanaka waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
It looks like Mattheus Gallagher has been cut.
Tanaka throws a pinpoint strike between Gallagher's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Gallagher crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Tanaka scores a great knockout victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kaito Tanaka!
