Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Freaky Craig (ranked 1459 p4p, 1263 weight class) and Stefan Schilt (ranked 87 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Freaky Craig! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Stefan Schilt! The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Peter Branson and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Schilt tries to clinch up. Schilt moves out of range as Craig strikes. Schilt's coach down at Freaky Fight Club was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Schilt's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Schilt misses with a body kick. Craig lands with an uppercut that bounces Schilt off the cage and back into range. Craig blocks a low kick nicely. Schilt thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Craig if he has to take too many more of those.
Craig throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Craig lands with a right hand. Schilt bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Schilt misses with a hook to the body
and Schilt takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Stefan Schilt has been cut. Schilt wants to clinch up but Craig keeps it at a distance. Craig misses with an uppercut. Thud! ouch! good body kick from Schilt - that will leave a mark!
Schilt bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Craig is breathing heavily. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Schilt lets loose with a powerful body kick. Craig will feel that in the morning. Stefan Schilt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Schilt lands a big uppercut and Craig crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Craig looks OK. Schilt waves Craig back to his feet!
It looks like Freaky Craig has been cut. Schilt fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Craig has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. A nice leg kick from Schilt, right into the meat of the thigh.

Schilt lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Craig backwards. Craig definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Schilt is pushing Craig up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Stalling in the clinch from Schilt.

Schilt lands with a short head shot on the inside. Still in the clinch, Schilt scores with a nice short uppercut. Schilt gets through Craig's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Schilt leaning against his opponent.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Schilt lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Craig being controlled against the cage. Craig pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

A slow jab from Craig misses its intended target. Schilt instigates a clinch. Craig's legs have taken a beating and he's really slowing down as a result. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Schilt lands with a light punch inside. Schilt misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Stefan Schilt dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's time! Craig's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Schilt tries to clinch there but Craig circles away.
Schilt fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Craig. Craig throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Schilt throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Craig swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Schilt just misses with a punch to the body.
Schilt uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Craig. Schilt throws out a counter right but Craig avoids it with no problem. Craig misses with an uppercut. We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Schilt in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off. Craig takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Craig throws the left hand but Schilt avoids the punch easily. Craig comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Craig chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Schilt can pounce on him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Schilt drops Craig with a beautiful combination! Craig stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Schilt is looking for the KO!
Craig is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Craig throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Schilt throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Schilt gets in close and instigates a clinch. Schilt controlling the action here for a moment.
Stefan Schilt seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Schilt has Craig pushed against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Schilt throws a head punch that misses. Craig prevents a body shot from Schilt. Schilt lands a shot to the body. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Schilt stalls. Schilt continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up. Schilt effectively controlling the action here. Craig has Schilt pushed against the cage.

Schilt's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Stefan Schilt. Schilt is looking to slow Craig down with leg kicks. Schilt throws a body kick that misses. Schilt wants to clinch. It looked like Craig wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Schilt with a jab. Schilt scores with a spinning back kick! Stefan Schilt seems to be getting the better of the standup. Schilt connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Schilt connects with a body shot that sends Craig's belly button to the back. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Schilt connects with an inside leg kick. A decent looking body kick lands there for Schilt. Schilt ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Schilt dips to his left and cracks Craig with an uppercut! Schilt scoring well with a low kick there.
Schilt lands with a nice body kick. Schilt scores with a spinning back kick! Schilt feints and then cracks Craig's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Craig down. Schilt lands a leg kick that knocks Craig off balance momentarily.
And that's the end of the fight! Stefan Schilt comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Schilt has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
