Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
lidell doesn't manage to clinch there - Gracie circles away.
lidell looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Nice sprawl there from lidell as Gracie shoots in.

lidell gets a clinch.

Gracie's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
lidell misses with an uppercut. Gracie saw that one coming.
lidell lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Gracie misses with a low kick.
lidell looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Gracie is fending him off so far but lidell persists. Nope, Gracie circles away and we're back to standing.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Gracie.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Gracie closes the distance and clinches up with lidell, looking for a takedown. Gracie pushes lidell against the cage but lidell circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

lidell throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
lidell scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
lidell throws a chopping leg kick but Gracie manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Gracie tries to hold on but lidell pushes him away.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gracie sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Gracie is looking for a sweep. lidell is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Gracie is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! lidell has his hands clasped together but Gracie extends an breaks lidell's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Gracie.
