Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mike Lowery (ranked 4066 p4p, 5090 weight class) and Aryan Mcintyre (ranked 433 p4p, 479 weight class). Lowery comes to the cage accompanied by I love. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mike Lowery!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Aryan Mcintyre!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lowery misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Mcintyre throws a sloppy head kick and Lowery moves out of range easily.

Lowery throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Mcintyre was covering up waiting for the punch and Lowery finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Mcintyre scrambles and gets back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Horrible takedown attempt by Mcintyre or perhaps it was just good defense by Lowery, which made it look bad.
Mcintyre displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Lowery.

Mcintyre shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Mcintyre was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Lowery has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Mcintyre is working away from the top position though.

Mcintyre with the ground and pound but Lowery uses the opportunity to regain guard.

Lowery has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Mcintyre can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Lowery tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Mcintyre wants to control from the top but Lowery keeps moving.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Crunch! Mcintyre slams his shin into Lowery's torso.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Mcintyre closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Lowery quickly recovers to half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lowery is trying to control but can't.
Lowery won't allow Mcintyre to pass to mount.
Mcintyre misses with a head shot. Lowery uses the momentum to regain guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Mcintyre trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Mcintyre looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Lowery drops down looking for a counter takedown but Mcintyre sprawls and moves away.
Mcintyre has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Mcintyre shoots for a takedown but Lowery saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Lowery half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Mcintyre changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lowery tries to avoid it but Mcintyre manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lowery to the ground. Lowery escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Mike Lowery has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aryan Mcintyre.
Lowery chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Mcintyre can pounce on him.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Mcintyre darts in and clinches Lowery up against the cage.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Lowery is looking to take a break and control but Mcintyre is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Lowery is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Mcintyre will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Mcintyre throws a low kick but it's checked well by Lowery.

Well Mcintyre has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
