Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Josue Luna (ranked 3063 p4p, 23960 weight class) and Yawa Kiang (ranked 304 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Josue Luna! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 39 - 69 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yawa Kiang! The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Aleksandr Martynov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Excellent takedown into side control there by Luna. Luna controlling the position. Luna working the strikes but Kiang uses the opportunity to regain half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Luna is taking a breather. Kiang says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Luna trying to mount his opponent but Kiang defends it. Luna drops an elbow to the side of Kiang's head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Luna is looking to advance position but Kiang won't allow it. Luna is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Kiang has managed to free his arm - good work. Kiang landing rabbit punches to the side of Luna's head. Not doing much damage but still scoring a few points. Kiang works his way to full guard. Good work. Luna thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Luna with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Kiang wants to improve his position but instead Luna has moved into half guard.
Luna performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Luna stands up from half guard. Luna throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kiang's waist but Kiang gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Luna off to one side. Luna throws a head kick but Kiang moves out of range.
Luna goes for a double leg but Kiang avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Kiang continues to drive forward. Kiang replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Luna blocks it well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Luna has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Kiang clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Luna cracks Kiang with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Kiang from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.
Luna working for a choke but Kiang is defending well. Luna is working the back position looking for the choke. Oh, he's slid into an armbar! Beautiful transition and Kiang taps out! Fantastic Jiu Jitsu from Luna.
