Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tater Salad (ranked 1517 p4p, 2013 weight class) and Emmanuel Thompson (ranked 147 p4p, 190 weight class). Salad's entrance music is Tater Salad. A fine choice. Emmanuel Thompson told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salad throws a shot from downtown. Thompson moves away and avoids it.
Salad gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Thompson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Salad has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Thompson doesn't defend quickly enough and Salad has managed to lock this one up! Can Thompson escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Salad on a fantastic submission victory.
