And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sergio Miller!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Trevor Gratis and Ian Loll.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller shoots and misses
and Daicse cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Daicse moves into range and connects with a jab.
Miller displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Daicse.
Miller blocks a head kick by Daicse.
Miller raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Miller drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Miller fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Daicse tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Miller shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Daicse sprawls well. Daicse wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Miller gets slowly back to his feet.
Mark Daicse has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sergio Miller.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Daicse lands a head kick. Miller smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Miller ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Miller is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Miller displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Daicse throws out the jab.
Daicse moves into range and connects with a jab.

Miller is rocked!
Miller loses concentration momentarily and Daicse pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Miller crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Daicse finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
