Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sig Freud (ranked 5016 p4p, 3750 weight class) and Benjamin Sisko (ranked 403 p4p, 332 weight class). Sig Freud has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sig Freud! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Benjamin Sisko! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Freud manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Sisko on his heels. He'll look to pass Sisko's guard now, I'm sure. Sisko utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Freud in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Freud trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Freud throws an elbow that misses. Sisko uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Freud's guard. Nice move by Sisko! Freud has his hands on Sisko's head, controlling the position. Sisko trying to control but Freud is working from the bottom. Sisko stopping the sweep attempt from Freud. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Freud had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Sisko defends it easily. Sisko must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Freud working for a triangle but Sisko defends it easily.

That's one minute gone in the round. Freud had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Sisko defends it easily. Sisko postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Freud working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sisko doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sisko manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Freud has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Sisko is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Freud. Sisko wants to control but Freud is keeping him busy. Freud on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Freud tries to get out of the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Freud is trying to control Sisko's posture but Sisko avoids it. Sisko throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Freud is looking to reverse the position. Freud regains half guard. Sisko wants to pass the guard but Freud is defending well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Freud tries to roll over but Sisko keeps him under control. Freud has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Freud looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Freud tries to roll over but Sisko keeps him under control. Freud wants to control but Sisko is keeping busy.
Sisko is controlling the pace.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Freud looking for a kimura from the bottom but Sisko passes into side control! Sisko gets to mount! Freud was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. Freud is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Freud tries to hold on but Sisko postures up. Freud is looking to improve his position but Sisko isn't that keen on the idea. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sisko avoids the attempt from Freud to control. Freud working to try and regain half guard.
Sisko throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Sisko lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Freud sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Sisko perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Freud is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Freud trying to control here.

Benjamin Sisko dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action! Sisko scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Sisko lands a jab to the head.
We've been told by Freud's head coaches at Soul Supremacy Rio that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Sisko on the wrong end of a nice jab. Freud has managed to clinch.
Freud tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Sisko breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Freud throws a right and a left that both miss. Sig Freud is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Freud misses with a double jab
and Sisko connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Freud keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Sisko. Sisko misses with a right hand and Freud counters by clinching up. Sisko looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Sisko wants to break the clinch but can't.
Sisko doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Freud has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Sisko clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
That's one minute gone in the round. Freud struggling to land strikes to the head as Sisko covers up. Freud has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for Sisko. Freud punches the canvas rather than the man. Freud not allowing Sisko to control his hands. Freud keeps control of the position as Sisko tries to break free.
Sisko is trapped and Freud is scoring with shots to the head and body. Freud doesn't have the hooks in and Sisko manages to turn into his guard.
Freud is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Sisko is aware though and is defending well. Freud throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Freud wants to sweep here but Sisko controlling him for the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Freud working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sisko doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sisko manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Sisko passes easily into side control. Nice work. Freud manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Sisko uses his free foot to push down on Freud's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Freud. Freud is squirming around, avoiding Sisko's attempts to control the action. Freud really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sisko throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Freud because Sisko loaded up on that one. Freud wants to control but Sisko is having none of it. Benjamin Sisko has got the better of the ground game so far. Sisko wants to control the pace but Freud is squirming around nicely. Sisko has control of Freud's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Freud regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Sisko throws some wild stikes that Freud manages to avoid easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Freud is wriggling around trying to escape.
Sisko looking to control but Freud is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Freud regains half guard. Freud makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Freud. Freud looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Sisko looking to sit in guard and control but Freud gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Freud trying to control the position from guard on top but Sisko is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Freud stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sisko swivels though and keeps the full guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Sig Freud will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round! Freud tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Sisko counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Freud wants to clinch up but Sisko keeps it at a distance. Freud staying out of range there. Freud takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Freud moves out of range as Sisko strikes. Freud swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Sisko is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Freud. Sisko scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Freud doesn't seem bothered though. Freud swings widly with a right hand
and Sisko counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Sisko's coach down at The House Of Pain was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Sisko's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sisko scores with a jab.
Freud is rocked!
It looks like Sig Freud has been cut. Freud doesn't manage to clinch there - Sisko circles away.
Oh Freud is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! A shot to the liver by Sisko. Beautiful body shot. Freud takes a body punch but keeps moving. Freud seems to have got his legs back now. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sisko ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Sisko drops Freud with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Freud looks back up at him and smiles so Sisko waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Sisko scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Freud takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Freud takes a shot right to the bread basket. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Sisko cracks Freud with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Freud falls to his knees and Sisko doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:31 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Benjamin Sisko! A less than humble Benjamin Sisko misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
