Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yoshiaki Noda (ranked 218 p4p, 1818 weight class) and Tua Tua (ranked 28 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Noda ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tua moves away.
Noda lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
It looks like Tua Tua has been cut.
Tua connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Noda momentarily.
It looks like Yoshiaki Noda has been cut.
Noda misses with a wild body shot.
Tua looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Noda misses the shot to the body.
Tua wants to clinch up but Noda keeps it at a distance.
Noda throws a looping overhand right but Tua ducks down to avoid it.
Noda ducks under a wild hook from Tua.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Noda looks to score with a jab to the body but Tua is just out of range.
Noda missing with a left hand there. Tua was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Noda slips a straight right by Tua.

Tua throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Noda counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Tua looks to throw the jab but Noda is out of range.

and Noda connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
A cross from Noda lands.
Noda looks to land a left hand but Tua moved out of range nicely.
Tua wants to clinch but Noda slips to the side
and Noda connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
The fighters circle momentarily. Noda darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Tua is rocked!
Noda drops Tua with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Tua! Noda dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
